meet your host
I’m Kortnee, a lifelong Oklahoman.
I love traveling and have spent time in Guatemala, India, France, and England. Across cultures and cities, one thing has remained true:
When we gather around the table, something sacred happens.
We slow down. We listen. We see each other with more clearly.
But here in OKC, I didn’t see the kind of community I craved—one where women of all ages and stages could feel comfortable sitting at a table and connecting while sharing a meal. One where everyone who shows up is real and honest, but kind and vulnerable, too.
Where can you find friends as an adult?
In April 2024, I hosted my first dinner trying to answer that question. And since then, it has grown into a community of women who want more joy, friendships, and reasons to get dressed up on a random weeknight. Many are new to OKC. Some are rebuilding after a career move, friend breakup, or divorce. Some just need a friend to go dancing with.
This is more than dinner.
Here, kindness is currency and mean girl energy isn’t welcome. Around this table, we hold each other up, hold each other accountable, and hold space for joy, grief, new beginnings, and belly-laughs.
When I’m not hosting, I’m usually spending time in nature or finding moments of quiet— important as a wife and mom of three kiddos. Both this city — and this community — are roots I'm deeply proud of.
If you’re reading this, we saved you a seat.
All my love, Kortnee
